OStainless Steel Mixing Tank is a high-performance vessel engineered for the mixing, blending, and homogenization of liquids and pastes across the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Constructed from premium SUS304 ou SUS316L stainless steel, these tanks feature a precision-polished interior (Ra ≤ 0.28μm) that meets strict GMP e FDA sanitary standards. The design prioritizes hygiene and durability, utilizing circular arc transitions at all welding points to eliminate “dead zones,” ensuring a sterile processing environment that is easy to maintain via integrated CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems.
Designed for maximum process flexibility, this unit serves as an ideal blending vesseloupreparation tank that can be customized with various configurations, such as jacketed walls for precise heating and cooling. Users can select from a wide array of agitation systems—including anchor, paddle, or high-shear emulsifiers—to handle everything from low-viscosity beverages to high-viscosity creams. With intelligent options like VFD speed control, digital temperature monitoring, and load-cell weighing modules, it provides a stable and cost-effective solution for achieving consistent product quality in modern automated production lines.

However, if you are processing highly corrosive substances, high-chloride solutions (like brine), or pharmaceutical-grade products, SUS316L is recommended due to its superior resistance to pitting and corrosion.
Resposta: Yes. Our Stainless Steel Mixing Tanks can be equipped with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), which allows you to precisely control the motor speed. This is essential for processes that require high-speed shearing at the start and low-speed blending at the finish, or for handling products that are sensitive to aeration.
Resposta: For high-viscosity materials, an Anchor Agitator with Teflon Scrapers is highly effective. The scrapers constantly clean the internal tank walls to prevent material from sticking or burning (during heating), while the anchor design ensures the entire mass is moved and blended uniformly.
Resposta: The jacket creates a cavity around the inner tank where a heating medium (steam, hot water, or thermal oil) circulates. We offer Dimple Jackets for high-pressure steam and Full Jackets for hot water circulation. All jacketed mixing tanks are wrapped in an outer insulation layer to improve energy efficiency and ensure operator safety.
Resposta: Absolutely. All our preparation tanks are designed with a CIP (Clean-in-Place) system. The interior features mirror-polished surfaces and circular arc transitions (no 90-degree corners), allowing the 360° rotating spray balls to thoroughly sanitize the vessel without the need for manual scrubbing or disassembly.
